Our French Country Miche is a big loaf with character to match. It weighs four kilos and averages sixteen inches in diameter. Why the girth? The larger loaf bakes to an exceptional crust and crumb and presents a noticeable taste difference than the regular loaf. At our bakery, we sell it whole, as well as cut into halves and quarters.
